*UPDATE - Please see below. Do not use this facility. They told me that I needed a new air conditioning unit and everything would have to be replaced. They supposedly performed a dye test twice, on two separate occasions and came to the same conclusion each time. They wanted to charge me over 900.00 dollars for the repair. I brought the car home and did a dye test myself. I found that there was a hole in one of the AC lines. I picked up a brand new line from NAPA for under 100 bucks.. changed it out, recharged the AC system and now my AC has worked flawlessly for the past 3 months. I am considering filing a BBB complaint against these scammers. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! *UPDATE - So after writing this review, Michael (the store manager) contacted me about my troubles. He was very professional and sorry for what had happened. He reassured me that the technician who performed the second dye test was no longer with Stamps Auto. Michael was not there for the second test and told me that if he had been there, things would have been handled differently. We both agreed that he would compensate me for my ac line, my initial visit charges and also extra for my troubles. I am very pleased by the outcome of this situation and pleasantly surprised by the way this was handled. Michael is very professional and did the right thing for me.

The professionals at Stamps Auto are the best! I could tell a long story about how they helped me in an emergency situation, then refused payment, but the important thing is they really care. As a woman, it's hard to find a place for auto repairs that won't rip you off. You can trust Stamps Auto to only do the work that's needed and nothing more or less. This company is built on integrity and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

They are amazing!!!!! First of all everyone there is so nice!!!! I went in to have my car looked at and they called me before doing anything to let me know what was wrong and what was priority. I know where I'm going for now on.

What a great automotive shop!! We have had a loud noise coming from the engine compartment of our service vehicle for sometime. I tried to isolate and fix it on me own, but to no prevail. Stamps Auto, a Napa Auto Care Center, was able to find the source of the noise and replace the failed parts with new OEM parts fast. I am very happy with their service and Stamps knowledgeable staff. And the price for the repairs…that was great too! Much less then we had thought. Thank you Michael and Nick. We will tell everyone how wonderful you guys are and how well we were treated. I took my 2004 Jaguar XJ8 in for a diagnosis after a engine warning light went on and also had some other work done on my car well. A gentleman by the name of Michael Reed who is the service manager assisted me. Michael was very attentive and kept me informed along the way about what my car required or didn't need right now and gave me a very good price for the work that was done. He and his staff were very courteous and were able to expedite my repairs in a fast and efficient way, I would have no hesitation to go back again to this location for any future work required for my car or recommend this shop to other people. We have our service fleet repaired at Stamps Auto. Our trucks when broken down with a technician cost us hundreds of dollars of lost revenue and pissed off customers. Mike at Stamps gets our trucks in and out.

I took in my car at 8 am with no appt and they had my car done by that afternoon. They also called to let me know prices before doing anything.Very happy with the service!!! They truly stand by their work!! They have great customer service and do a great job.
