My car had a check engine light on which the dealership COULD NOT FIX after having my car for a week. They first told me that my EGR valve had to be changed to a GM part. The new GM part didn't fix the issue so they refitted my original EGR valve. They contacted GM and they said I had to have a complete GM exhaust system ($1,600) since my car had an after-market cat fitted. When I asked will this definitely fix the check engine light they replied that it may not. I finally collected my car and took it to Stamps Auto in Queen Creek. Stamps Auto Queen Creek not only found the problem with a smoke check, fixed it and told me to take my car to do its Emission Test. I did as they suggested and my car passed its emissions check first time. I highly recommend the Queen Creek facility; they go above and beyond for their customers.

Went in for an alignment and oil change Wayne and Tim at the front desk were very fast an professional. Work was done within the hour even though I walked in with no appointment. Highly recommended for anyone to use!

This shop is very helpful and understanding. Michael the GM is excellent at customer relations. This is a honest and respectful car repair shop.

Amazing customer service! Tim and Wayne in the front are very friendly and professional. The mechanics in the back are also very friendly. If there is any problem on my vehicle I cant solve, I would take it here!

I am Mark Stamps - Former owner of Stamps Auto. I sold this portion of the dealership to John years ago. I haven't spoken with John in years but I can tell you a few things about him. He works hard, He's a family man, and he does what he says he is going to do. He built this business from the ground up - literally, he was there digging the dirt and helping spread the concrete. I've read a lot of the reviews on here, most of which are great. The ones that are not stellar don't settle well with me. From an outsider looking in and someone that watched John build this business I think its fair to say John didn't get a fair shot at making things right. Keep in mind, John is the kind of guy that had his kids working with him from the time they were in junior high, or even elementary. I'll be the first to admit, John and I had some run ins when we were getting things up and running, but at the end of the day, he was always a solid guy and we always worked thru them. The same way he does when running his business. The point of my review is this - If you have an issue with Stamps Auto, try to keep a cool mindset and talk to the right people that work there, Our moto when we got started was "we are here to help" and I'm willing to bet he still stands behind it. Congrats on your success John, you have a lot to be proud of.

I have used these guys a few times now. I have found them to be consistently professional and am happy to continue to get my car taken care of here. During my last service I got a nice email report showing vehicle status and pictures of recommend work.

I've been using Stamps Automotive for 2-3 years now as I live in the Cortina neighborhood across the street from their Queen Creek location. Everyone here has always been friendly, incredibly accommodating, they have provided rides home when they are working on my vehicle, etc.. Their pricing is very competitive and they have always completed repairs in a timely fashion. I've had emergency A/C repairs completed by them in under 3 hours in the middle of summer. They have always taken great care of my vehicles. I can't say enough nice things about the service we receive here.

This store manager knows how to keep customers. He does what he says he will do and will honestly tell you what you need to do for your car. I have always like the quality of the service here. They also try to get our car back to us as soon as they reasonably can. Ask for Tim!

This was my second time having these guys work on a vehicle, and they've done good, solid work both times. This is the first time in my life that I didn't feel like I was paying more than what I should've been charged. I feel they charged a fair price and did a great job. I plan to return to them in the future, as well as refer family and friends in need.
