I am Mark Stamps - Former owner of Stamps Auto. I sold this portion of the dealership to John years ago. I haven't spoken with John in years but I can tell you a few things about him. He works hard, He's a family man, and he does what he says he is going to do. He built this business from the ground up - literally, he was there digging the dirt and helping spread the concrete. I've read a lot of the reviews on here, most of which are great. The ones that are not stellar don't settle well with me. From an outsider looking in and someone that watched John build this business I think its fair to say John didn't get a fair shot at making things right. Keep in mind, John is the kind of guy that had his kids working with him from the time they were in junior high, or even elementary. I'll be the first to admit, John and I had some run ins when we were getting things up and running, but at the end of the day, he was always a solid guy and we always worked thru them. The same way he does when running his business. The point of my review is this - If you have an issue with Stamps Auto, try to keep a cool mindset and talk to the right people that work there, Our moto when we got started was "we are here to help" and I'm willing to bet he still stands behind it. Congrats on your success John, you have a lot to be proud of.

I have used these guys a few times now. I have found them to be consistently professional and am happy to continue to get my car taken care of here. During my last service I got a nice email report showing vehicle status and pictures of recommend work.

I've been using Stamps Automotive for 2-3 years now as I live in the Cortina neighborhood across the street from their Queen Creek location. Everyone here has always been friendly, incredibly accommodating, they have provided rides home when they are working on my vehicle, etc.. Their pricing is very competitive and they have always completed repairs in a timely fashion. I've had emergency A/C repairs completed by them in under 3 hours in the middle of summer. They have always taken great care of my vehicles. I can't say enough nice things about the service we receive here.

This store manager knows how to keep customers. He does what he says he will do and will honestly tell you what you need to do for your car. I have always like the quality of the service here. They also try to get our car back to us as soon as they reasonably can. Ask for Tim!

This was my second time having these guys work on a vehicle, and they've done good, solid work both times. This is the first time in my life that I didn't feel like I was paying more than what I should've been charged. I feel they charged a fair price and did a great job. I plan to return to them in the future, as well as refer family and friends in need.

Great shop they get your vehicle in and out in a hurry! Tim the manager was very helpful and honest and had me on the road the next day the past few times I've had my truck serviced. Tyler one of the shops mechanics is very experienced especially in diesel! Would recommend anyone to give this great shop a shot!

This place knows the value of customer satisfaction! After posting my grievances I received a call from Tim the manager. Seems the owner didn't like the post. Wants the issue to be resolved to my complete satisfaction. Tim was very professional and thorough. I have no hesitation of continuing to bring my vehicles for service to this establishment.

I took my car in with no appointment. They took great care of me and even tried to go outside their normal part provider to find me cheaper parts.

I took my car in here a year ago and had a bad experience but today I took it in after reading other Google reviews about them and seeing how they changed their staff a little bit. I talked to a guy named Michael in the front along with a guy named Wayne. They were very nice and helped me out promptly. Wayne actually showed me something that was wrong with my car that I didn't even know about.He didn't just tell me but he actually showed me too so that was awesome.They have clearly changed things there and I can't say anything bad about them at all.Thanks guys. After getting a email response from this customer I have an update. First thing is we are a shop that uses a very high quality oil and it happens to be Castrol. We have used this oil for about three years now. I am sorry if my guy at the desk didn't tell you this or explain what oil we do use. And second issue this customer had is a difficult one to address. We do not let customers bring there own parts nor do we go off of there diag. We do supply all parts for repair so we can give are customers a warranty on the repairs with are nation wide warranty. I have been in this industry for many years and feel like if a shop lets you bring in there own parts then it is a shop that might not last a very long time. And on the seal issue we were not informed that this customer had spilled oil on his own tranny. If we had this info we would have cleaned it and told this customer to come back and we can check it again. As the owner of this business I take these issues very seriously and will always tyy to make it a better experience for are customers.
