2 photos 1 check-in Always efficient here. Since the last time that I was here, they now take pics of certain areas of cars such as tire treads, air filters, etc along with status reports of each part that was worked on and/or that needs attention. They were able to get my car in to check on the oil leak after we brought it to another garage and they did a horrible job. I called when they opened and they said to bring the car in. The manager Tim was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the problem and remedy it. Tim also gave a me a football which I will give to my kids as a thank you. Highly recommend!! So I'm on the way to an important meeting yesterday from a doctor's appointment when my battery died unexpectedly before I could leave the parking lot. One phone call to Stamps Auto and within 30 minutes, I had a technician arrive at my location to install a replacement battery and I was on my way. With four locations in the east valley, there's no other place to take your vehicle with the consistency in teams who knows what it means to provide excellency in customer service and care.

I have been going to Stamps for about 2 years and have always been treated with honesty and integrity. My most recent visit was on Saturday. I dropped off my van with a check engine code and they diagnosed the problem and the news was not the greatest. Wayne informed me that my left cylinder head would need to be replaced. The time and effort and materials that were used (some of which I was not charged for) that were used to diagnose the problem was appreciated. I had the honor of talking to the owner John as well and he stated "Its not all about the money at Stamps Auto, it is about doing one honest repair at a time" Wayne also took the time to research my van issue and informed me that Chrysler had issued an extended warranty exclusively for the issue my van was having and even called the dealership and set up my appointment with them to get my van fixed. Different car, but the same great service! I trust Stamps to do a great job every car. Every time! Tim and his team at the Queen Creek Stamps Auto location have been great! I have used their services a few times now with various vehicles of ours and the are fair and honest. I trust them. And I tell all of my friends about them as well. It's nice to have found a location that is trying to help you out rather than trying to stick it to you! Read more

I drive 40 minutes to get to this particular Stamps auto shop. They always surpass my expectations - the quality of their work, their prices ... everything!! I wholeheartedly recommend them!!!!
