I went it for an oil change (first time at this place) and the service was supreme. Very friendly staff were able to accommodate my car last minute, and I even received a follow-up call a week after service to check my car was running smoothly and that I was satisfied. This was a first for me.

I usually don't write a review actually this is my first. "Tim" single handily made me want to write a review. "Tim" is beyond honest when it came to mechanical repairs on my 2001 ford diesel. I went in to see if I needed what I thought was engine mounts and he told me everything was perfect and I don't need to replace them. He fixed all other issues on my truck within more than an efficient time! This is now my second time going to him this last time was I needed batteries replaced. He not only got it done in a few hours with me knowing it was a busy day for them but he told me he could throw the cheaper ones in if I'd like but he didn't recommend it, with his tone I knew it wasn't an up sale and since he treated me correct the first time I knew I could trust him. I would single handily recommend anyone with mechanical issues to his shop. Very quick, very professional and very personable. All I had was an oil change but I'll be making them my regular maintenance stop of choice for all my vehicles.

They stayed open late for my truck to be towed to them and had it fixed the next day, on a Saturday. Excellent warranty, honest and friendly customer service. They go the extra mile.

This is a small business with only a couple locations that provides excellent customer service! That said I have only visited the Combs Road location. They say the two hardest things in life to find are an honest lawyer and mechanic; I found the mechanic part here! I have had two vehicles worked on at the San Tan Valley (Combs Road) location in the past few months. Their prices are very reasonable. They completed total inspections on both vehicles and emailed to me (with pictures) the results,to include issues to watch for the future. I am impressed! My daughter's Transit Connect blew a head gasket on her way across country. What was a devastating situation at first was turned into a helpful, pleasant-as-possible plan to get her up to San Francisco by her deadline date. It was determined that the best option was to replace the engine, so Tim diligently searched for a used engine with low miles. He found one and got the issues fixed within the week. Even when another unrelated thing went wrong up near Bakersfield, CA, Tim talked us through the issue and helped find a reliable place up there. AND he called the next day to make sure everything was resolved and no more problems. I cannot thank them enough for all the work they did. 2 photos 1 check-in Always efficient here. Since the last time that I was here, they now take pics of certain areas of cars such as tire treads, air filters, etc along with status reports of each part that was worked on and/or that needs attention. They were able to get my car in to check on the oil leak after we brought it to another garage and they did a horrible job. I called when they opened and they said to bring the car in. The manager Tim was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the problem and remedy it. Tim also gave a me a football which I will give to my kids as a thank you. Highly recommend!! So I'm on the way to an important meeting yesterday from a doctor's appointment when my battery died unexpectedly before I could leave the parking lot. One phone call to Stamps Auto and within 30 minutes, I had a technician arrive at my location to install a replacement battery and I was on my way. With four locations in the east valley, there's no other place to take your vehicle with the consistency in teams who knows what it means to provide excellency in customer service and care.

I have been going to Stamps for about 2 years and have always been treated with honesty and integrity. My most recent visit was on Saturday. I dropped off my van with a check engine code and they diagnosed the problem and the news was not the greatest. Wayne informed me that my left cylinder head would need to be replaced. The time and effort and materials that were used (some of which I was not charged for) that were used to diagnose the problem was appreciated. I had the honor of talking to the owner John as well and he stated "Its not all about the money at Stamps Auto, it is about doing one honest repair at a time" Wayne also took the time to research my van issue and informed me that Chrysler had issued an extended warranty exclusively for the issue my van was having and even called the dealership and set up my appointment with them to get my van fixed.
