We had a car with an intermittent check engine light. We went somewhere else to read the computer code but they could not find a problem. John at Stamps was very helpful. Stamps was able to find the problem within an hour (oil leak in the engine) and gave us costs and advice on what to do about it. They could have recommended repairs, but they recommended it was not worth it and to but another car. They even inspected the car we wanted to buy as a courtesy to make sure we were not buying any new problems and gave a thorough review.

Everyone from Melissa, who checked me in, to Luis who performed the work on my Equinox, was fantastic. Melissa had me in and out in no time. Luis, was excellent. He checked my Equinox over and found 3 things that needed attention, One was I needed a new battery! Seems I wasn't running on all cylinders!! Two, my belts were worn. Since I hadn't had new ones since I bought the car brand new in 2009, I wasn't surprised. Third, he recommends a fuel system cleaner due to mileage and time. Another thing I hadn't done! All in all, I was extremely pleased. With pricing also!

The work done on my car was very good.

I just got my oil changed and waited until the service was finished. One of the things that I like is that they updated you on the status of the service. Car was finished in the promised time frame. Oh yes, the the vehicle inspection and tire rotation are another plus.

Love their automated systems to make appointment and get information. Friendly desk staff. Everything went well. Price was quite good compared to taking to the Mercedes dealership.
